Terms and Agreements:
If your security equipment becomes faulty after an initial one (1) year warranty period (beginning from date of installation) and must be replaced for any reason other than intentional breakage, damage or customer modification, TEC will replace and install your equipment free of charge if you subscribe to our TEC Security Maintenance Plan. A subscriber fee of $4.95 per month will be charged to your monthly bill. The company reserves the right to deny equipment replacement if damage is suspected to be intentional or if damage is repetitive.
If you choose not to subscribe to our maintenance plan and your equipment becomes faulty (after an initial one year warranty period) and must be replaced, you will be charged full cost for equipment replacement. Applicable labor charges will also apply.
