Responsibilities

  • Generate reports, handle multiple projects, and prepare and process invoices and expense reports.
  • Assist Outside Plant Manager and Director of OSP with address list curation and validation.
  • Working with engineering on maps and validating addresses against MSAG.
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties for Outside Plant Manager’s office. Duties include, working with reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence, answering phone, ordering supplies, tracking job tickets, issuing purchase orders, and other office duties.
  • May also be responsible for tracking documents and files.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of administrative experience required.
  • Must be able to operate a personal computer, calculator, and other general office equipment.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite is required.
