Jackson, Mississippi (November 28, 2023) – In celebration of 100 years of fostering community connections, the owners of TEC have donated the 6 storied building at 236 E. Capitol Street to the Jackson Leadership Foundation (JLF), reinforcing commitment to community service. This donation is a tribute to the legacy of TEC's founder, Joseph D. Fail, and reflects the company's longstanding values. Joey F. Garner, TEC's CEO, shared her insights on the contribution: "After many years of praying, waiting, and considering, our family is confident that, as the JLF breathes new life into the building, this donation will greatly complement our efforts to serve others and will honor our father Joseph D. Fail, by carrying on his life-long legacy of giving and encouraging others to succeed.” The official handover of the premises took place on November 2, 2023, with JLF commemorating this milestone through a special event on November 9.
