Stanley Downs Bay Springs, MS. - TEC is pleased to announce the promotion of Stanley Downs to Lead Technician. Stanley joined TEC, Bay Springs Division in March of 1981 and in his new role, he will be responsible for performing installation and repair of advanced voice, data, broadband and security systems while mentoring and directing the work of other technicians.
