Patrick Rucker Erin, TN. - TEC is pleased to announce the promotion of Patrick Rucker to Technician II. Patrick joined TEC, Erin Division in October of 2007. In his new role, Patrick will be responsible for performing installation and repair of advanced voice, data and broadband.
